Supplement Application Information Screen
The Supplement Application Information screen is the page for each supplement application in the same way that the Application Information page is the home page for each permit application. All information associated with a supplement (fees, attachments, etc.) is entered/displayed and organized on the Supplement Application Information screen.
The Supplement Application Information screen displays upon saving the Create Supplement screen. It also displays anytime the supplement is accessed, such as from a search results page or from the Supplements List page.
The Supplement Application Information screen is organized and displayed by tabs. Which tabs are available is dependent upon 1) user role (applicant, receiver, etc.) and 2) the type of supplement.
Receiver Updates: Final Supplement Description field is populated from the Applicant’s Supplement Description and Justification, and is displayed as read-only data.
Review Team Member Updates: Final Supplement Description can be updated. The Applicant’s Supplement Description and Justification is displayed as read-only data.
Applicant Team Member Updates: For time extension supplements, the Supplement Expiration Date is selected from the drop-down list. The date field is calculated, i.e. 6 months after the Current Expiration Date, and displayed as the New Expiration Date.
Note: The date field is set with a date prior to the New Expiration Date, i.e. 6 months after the Current Expiration Date. The user can either manually update the new Expiration Date or select a new Expiration Date from the calendar.
