Time Extension Supplement

Name	Type	User Access	Results
Supplement Header	Links	Available to all roles. Allows user to return to original permit application or permit
Save	Button	Available to agent, applicant, Co-applicant, engineering firm, and receiver. All required fields must be completed before 'save' can be accomplished.	Update data based on screen fields: · Final Supplement Description · Applicant's Supplement Description and Justification · Department Error User remains on this page.
Save & Next	Button	Available to agent, applicant, Co-applicant, engineering firm, and receiver. All required fields must be completed before 'save and next' can be accomplished.	Same data updated as 'Save' button. Displays Setup/Identification tab.
Calendar Icon	Icon	Only displayed when creating Time Extension. Available to agent, applicant, co-applicant, engineering firm, and Receiver roles	Allows user to select date from calendar. Selected date is then used to populate the Supplement expiration Date field.
