Attachment History Screen

When creating, editing, or reviewing a supplement application, there are two screens for attachments:

·        Attachments

·        Attachment History

The Attachments page enables the user to view, add, and/or delete attachments to the current supplement application. The Attachments screen is the same for permit applications and supplement applications.

The Attachment History page can be found only on a supplement application. The purpose of the Attachment History page is to provide the ability to see all the attachments associated with 1) the current supplement 2) the permit and 3) any other supplements associated with the same permit.

The Attachment History page is for display only; although, you are able to open and view attachments from the Attachment History page. You cannot add or delete any attachments from the Attachment History page.

The Attachment History page is located on the Supplement Application Information page as a sub-tab under the Setup tab.
