Applicant, Co-applicant, Engineering Firm, BP Read-Only, Local Government Partner (LGP), and Federal Reviewer roles  cannot view in-process reimbursements ('Draft" or 'Ready for Authorization').

Receivers, Internal Reviewer, and Approver roles cannot approve reimbursements.

Inspector roles can only view reimbursements.
