Conditional Response Letter Screen
Responding to a Permit Application
The Conditional Response Letter screen displays the conditional approval response from data entered on the Cover Letter screen. It is used by Responders and Authorizers to send or re-send the Permit Recording Notice Email to the Applicant Team. It can be viewed by internal users to see details of the Permit Recording Notice Email.
Conditional approval indicates that a permit will be issued and that the permit will be recorded at the County courthouse. The response cannot be posted when the anticipated application status is Conditionally Approved. The Responder must change the Anticipated Application Status to Permit Issued and edit the cover letter text after the Permit Recording Notice is received from the Applicant.
The link is enabled on the Application information screen after the Responder saves the Cover Letter data with the Anticipated Application Status of Conditionally Approved.
