Displays users work queue.

Button enabled when: user logged on is the Responder, Responder is active, i.e. status is processing

  • Generates the permit,

  • Inactivates Responder, i.e. sets status to

  • Responder remains on the Response Letter screen.

  • Displays application on Work Que3ues o all Authorizers in the District listed on the application

Button enabled when User logged on is the responder; Responder is active Permit will be issued, for instance, addressed

  • Ensures permit number has not be assigned;

  • Assigns unique permit number;

  • Sets permit status; Navigates Responder /Authorizer to Draft Permit or Permit screen.

Responder

Enabled when user logged on is the Responder; Responder is active; Permit will not be issued. If any of the above is not true, the Post Response button is hidden.

The response is posted on the Permit screen when a permit is issued.
