Post Response Screen
The Post Response screen sends the Email notifying that application review is complete and details are available online:
· Performed when Responder clicks Post Response on the toolbar.
· Generates one of two Emails (based on Anticipated Application Status: Permit Issued or Permit Not Issued.
When the response is Permit Issued:
· A permit number is assigned and the permit is generated.
· If a condition statement document type was created, the conditions are included on the permit.
· The permit, in .PDF format, is available to print.
· The permit file is automatically attached to the application.
· Sends Email to Applicant with copies to: all Co-applicants, all Engineering Firms, user that entered the application on behalf-of the Applicant and predetermined Email addresses.
· Changes the Application Status to the Anticipated Application Status.
· Moves the Responder to the Level of Effort window to enter hours and finalize Review Status.
· Adds the Authorizer to the Review Team.
The following Response Statuses can be assigned:
· Permit Issued
· Denied
· Returned for Revision
· Permit Not Required
After the response has been posted, the status changes to Response Posted. The Applicant can withdraw the application any time before the response is posted.
Requirements for Posting a Response
The following actions must be completed prior to posting a response:
· Responder has built the response Anticipated Application Status was set on the Cover Letter window
· No Approvers are actively reviewing the Response
· If permit will not be issued, Responder status is Active and Review Status is Processing
· If permit will be issued (Anticipated Application Status is Permit Issued)
· Responder performed either Accept for Authorization or Send to Authorizer action on the Response Letter window
· Responder has entered their hours on the Level of Effort window
· Work Summary and Location have been entered
· At least one Work Description has been entered
· At least one Fee has been entered
· At least one Review Comment has been included in the response, if Anticipated Application Status is Returned
· If permit will be issued, permit number has been assigned
· Scheduled Start and End Dates have been entered
· Traffic information on Application Identification window has been entered, if Permit Type is Driveway
· Utility information on Application Identification window has been entered, if Permit Type is Utility
