Customizing a Report
Designed for PennDOT use only, the Fees Charged for Issued Permits Report for permit applications with a status of Permit Issued, shows total fees and total issued permits for Permit Sub Uses, Uses, Subtypes, Types, and District, with grand totals for fees and issued permits.
It replaces and improves upon the IMS/HOPS report Summary of Total Amount of Fees Collected by First Description within District Issued from (Date) to (Date). The standard report is generated each weekend from the ePermitting database. Use the Parameters to filter the information. Use the Days Prior filter to specify the time period to include in the report.

· Total Fees for Permit Sub Uses
· Total Fees for Permit Uses
· Total Fees for Permit Subtypes
· Total Fees for Permit Types
· Total Fees for each District
· Grand Total of all Fees
· Total Number of Issued Permits for Permit Sub Uses
· Total Number of Issued Permits for Permit Uses
· Total Number of Issued Permits for Permit Subtypes
· Total Number of Issued Permits for Permit Types
· Total Number of Issued Permits for each District
· Grand Total Number of all Issued Permits
Filter Parameters
The user must select a time frame (From and To Dates) for the Response Date.
The user must enter the Minimum and Maximum Response Dates.
The user must select the Level of Data to View (Type, Subtype, Use, or Sub-use).
The user must choose which data elements to see on the report; the data elements available are dependent upon the Level of Data chosen to view:
· Number of Permits Issued
· Fees Charged
