Export Search Results to a Spreadsheet
Permit or license application and supplement application searches can be initiated from the Applications Portal screen. There are two ways to search for applications.
A quick search is possible when you know the application and/or the permit/license number.
Use an application search to locate applications based on selected criteria. For example, if you want to find all applications in a specific district that were submitted between specific dates. Search results can be saved to a spreadsheet for future reference.
A Project Site Activity search or Reimbursement search can be initiated from the Applications Portal screen in the Highway Occupancy Permit Search section.
Search by Application or Permit Number
Search for a Permit Application by Permit Application Number
1. Log into the ePermitting System. The Applications Portal screen appears.
2. Into the first Application field under the Application Search section, enter a permit application number of the application you want to retrieve.
3. Click GO. The appropriate Application Information screen appears.
Search for a Supplement Application by Permit Application Number plus Supplement Number
1. Log into the ePermitting System. The Applications Portal screen appears.
2. Into the first Application field under the Application Search section, enter a permit application number.
3. Into the second Application field, enter the supplement number (01, 02, 03, etc.).
4. Click GO. The appropriate Supplement Application Information screen appears.
Search for a Permit by Permit Number
1. Log into the ePermitting System. The Applications Portal screen appears.
2. Into the first Permit field under the Application Search section, enter the permit number of the permit you want to retrieve.
3. Click GO. The appropriate Permit screen appears.
Search for a Supplement by Permit Number plus Supplement Number
1. Log into the ePermitting System. The Applications Portal screen appears.
2. Into the first Permit field under the Application Search section, enter a permit number.
3. Into the second Application field, enter the supplement number (01, 02, 03, etc.).
4. Click GO. The appropriate Supplement screen appears.
NOTE: The supplement number is the number of the issued supplement, which may not be the same as the supplement number on the Supplement application. If, for example, the third created supplement is issued prior to the first created supplement.
Application Search
To search for an application (Permit or Supplement) using the Search links:
1. Log into the ePermitting System. The Application Portal screen appears.
2. Under the Application sections (HOP, TSP, or BOL) select a type of search. The Application Search screen specific to the HOP, TSP, or BOL search displays.
3. Under the Search Type section, select Permit (or License) Application or Supplement Application, as appropriate.
4. Enter search criteria in one or more fields to restrict your search. Entering a combination of search criteria will restrict your search by all the conditions you selected.
5. Click Search. The Application Search Results screen or Supplement Application Search Results screen lists all applications that meet the search criteria. If the application does not appear in the list, click Refine Search to enter new search criteria and perform an additional search.
6. From the search results screen, click the desired application number. The Application Information screen or Supplement Application screen appears.
