Searching for an Application

The Application Portal screen appears when a user logs in with a valid login ID and password. It enables users to create a new HOP, TSP, or BOL application, view a list of recently accessed applications or supplements, or search for existing applications, supplement applications and permits/licenses.

The application Search allows the user to search for applications and supplement applications using various search criteria. Quick searches are used when the actual application or permit number is known. For example, one quick search allows a user to enter an application number into the Application field and click GO.

In addition, links to Emergency Notification List and the PennDOT County Notification List and Reimbursement Search are provided. Clicking the Work Queue button on the toolbar displays the users work queue. Available options vary depending on user security rights.
