Building an Applicant Team

The Applicant Team Information screen stores information about applicants, co-applicants, engineering firms and additional contacts associated with an application. An applicant can activate or inactivate an engineering firm assigned to the applicant team while the permit or bridge occupancy license is still in use. Engineering firms can be deleted by Applicants, Co-applicants, and Receivers before the permit or BOL license has been issued.

The Edit button appears on the screen for users with update rights. Click Edit to access the Selection screen used to add or remove co-applicants and Engineering Firms. Depending on user role or application status, a screen to edit co-applicants and Engineering Firm information may appear.

Use the Additional Contacts field to enter free-form text with contact information related to the application.

Co-applicants and engineering firms can update the screen; however, co-applicants cannot add, edit or remove co-applicants. Engineering firms cannot add, edit or remove co-applicants or other engineering firms.

From application screen > Click Application > Click Applicant Team
