Action Menu Security
Workflow actions vary by role and current reviewer status. Users can perform actions only on applications to which they have been assigned.
The Applicant Team has access to the Submit, Update Returned Application and Withdraw action.
A Receiver entering an application on behalf of an Applicant has access to the Submit, Update Returned Application and Withdraw action.
The Responder has access to the Build Response and Post Response actions.
The Approver has access to the Approve Response, Post Response and Assign Next Approver actions.
The EPS Administrator has access to Submit, Update Returned Application and Withdraw actions when a receiver enters an application on behalf of an applicant.
Reviewers cannot access the Workflow Actions menu.
