Help with ePermitting
PennDOT is committed to resolving any questions or issues you may encounter while using ePermitting. Therefore, it is important that your first contact be the correct one. As always, for answers to 'how to' questions, consult the ePermitting help file before calling your district contact.
If the contact is the District Permit Manager, you will receive help faster by contacting them rather than calling the help desk.
If you encounter a problem when logging in or if ePermitting quits working while you are using it, your contact should be the appropriate help desk, as these are issues the District Permit Manager cannot resolve.
To ensure that you get the assistance you need and as quickly as possible, please follow these simple steps:
