PennDOT Inspectors and County Reviewers have add, edit and delete capability for Project Site Activities (PSA), and can also add and delete attachments when the PSA record is in draft status.

Inspectors and County Reviewers can make changes to PSA details until a reviewer is assigned and the Inspector's or County Reviewer's task is completed.

PSA Reviewers with Responder and Authorizer roles can edit and delete  PSA records and add attachments when the application is in Under Review or Reviewed status. All others PennDOT users have view capability only. Applicants cannot access the screen.
