Permit Screen Buttons and Links

Buttons and links on the Permit Screen change based on how the screen is accessed. For instance, if accessed from Response Letter or Permit, the Post Response button displays. However, if accessed from a search results screen, the Cancel Permit, Revoke permit, Create Supplements, and Notify PennDOT buttons are available.

Application Header Available to all roles. Allows user to return to original permit application.
License Header Available to all roles. Allows user to return to original license application.
Supplement Header Available to all roles. Allows user to return to original supplement application.
Post Response	Button	Available to responder and authorizer. All required fields must be completed before permit or supplement can be issued.	Permit, license, or supplement document uploaded to EDMS and attached to permit, license or supplement. User remains on this page.
Cancel Permit (License)	Button	Available to responders and authorizers in the district listed on the permit or license. For permit cancellation status must be Permit Issued or Under Inspection. For license cancellation status must be License Issued.	Displays Permit (License) Cancellation Justification screen.
Revoke Permit (License)	Button	Available to responders and authorizers in the district listed on the permit or license. For revocation, permit status must be permit Issued, Under Inspection, or Closed. For revocation, license status must be License Issued.	Displays Permit (License) Revocation Justification screen.
Create Supplements	Button	Available to anyone with at least view access to the Create Supplement page.	Displays a list of supplement types. Clicking on each type opens a unique Create Supplement screen from which a supplement application can be created.
Notify PennDOT	Button	Available to applicant team to notify PennDOT that a permitted work has been started or completed.	Displays a menu of options available for issued permits.
