Reassigning a Reviewer
The EPS Administrator can mark a reviewer task complete if the reviewer is unable to finish a review assignment. If this is the only reviewer assigned to the application and another reviewer will not be assigned, the application moves directly to the Responder work queue.
To mark a reviewer complete.
1. Log in to ePermitting.
2. Enter the number of the application. The Application Information screen appears.
3. Select Review Team from the Workflow section. The Review Team screen appears.
4. Click the Level number for the reviewer to be marked complete.
5. Click Mark Complete in the Action menu. The Review Team screen displays the reviewer status as Marked Complete.
