Completing the Checklist Information Screen
The Checklist Information screen provides a way to ensure that important points are covered by the Review Team during the application review process. None of the fields on this screen are required.
Screen fields are drop downs that prompt the user to respond appropriately to a checklist item. For example, the first field contains the question, Plans are Satisfactory? The dropdown enables selection of the answer and an accompanying Returned Date field records the date plans were returned if the selected answer is No.
To complete checklist information:
1. Select an answer for each field appropriate for the application.
2. Select dates that coordinate with fields that were answered.
3. Click Save or Save & Exit. The Application Information screen reappears.
