After the required fields on a new application are complete, the Submit button appears on the applicants toolbar. (If a PennDOT receiver submits an application on behalf of an applicant, the Submit button appears in the Action menu.)
Performing the Submit action sends the application to the appropriate PennDOT receiver work queue and starts the review process. The application status changes from Draft to Submitted.

2. Click the appropriate button to indicate the type of applicant.
3. Click I Agree to confirm the terms and submit the application to PennDOT or Click I Disagree to return to the Application Information window and continue editing the application.
When the application is submitted, it is sent to the appropriate PennDOT Receiver to start the review process. The application status changes from Draft to Submitted.
