Assign Reviewers Screen
The Assign Reviewers screen enables the selection and assignment of reviewers to the application review team. Access to review assignment functions is based on roles.
Level 2 through 5 district reviewers can be assigned from any district. As a member of the Review Team for an application they report to the district in the application.
Assignments can be modified while the status is Under Review. Changing a review assignment to another user changes the original reviewer's status to Mark Complete.
Reviewers cannot be added to an application if their Review Status is Mark Complete.
The review status of the application is Finalized after all reviewers have completed the review.
