An authorized PennDOT user (responder or authorizer) can revoke a permit or license any time after the permit or license is issued (including Under Inspection) or Closed in EPS, if the permittee or licensee did not adhere to PennDOT regulations. This action is initiated by PennDOT and the permittee or licensee can appeal the ruling. If the ruling is upheld, i.e., the permittee or licensee loses their appeal, the permit or license is revoked in ePermitting.

Annual fees are not invoiced for licenses that are cancelled or revoked. A cancelled or revoked permit or license cannot be assigned to another permittee or licensee.
